Lesley has been a pillar in the Fitness Industry for identifying and then sourcing talented Presenters for the freestyle arena. Her conventions are attended by hundreds of people who travel up and down the country to get the latest dance, step or fitness advice.

 

As well as running her own business, Lesley teaches around 20 classes a week and is passionate that exercise can be something available to everyone. She is aware through her business of how fit one can be at the top of the tree; she is also completely in tune with real people, living real lives. Her ability to understand each person’s needs and cater for them make her a unique Presenter. To that end she has a huge following, which we are sure she will enjoy here with her online fitness videos at ThinQ Fitness.

 

Lesley believes that fitness can become a part of your life, through its connection with the teacher, and feels it is both a way of life and an escape from life, a chance to switch out of the daily routine and switch on a little bit of magic for you.

Description

Lesley's 60 min stretch workout video is a wonderful way just to gently lengthen the muscles and encourage elasticity, strength and suppleness. This is a video that can be done on its own as a means of lengthening inbetween workouts or it can be done after a more arduous workout.

Hi Sally, Just wanted to say "hi" and thanks for doing my class. Also, I wish stretching did make us loose weight and also, I wish it made us taller......I always fancied being about 5' 10" hee hee.....Lesley TC

Hi Sally, Thank you for writing in. Stretching itself wont really help you loose weight unless of course you are a cat!!! It seems to me cats stay nice and trim just by eating, sleeping and stretching :) To loose body fat you need to consume less calories than you burn consistantly over a period of time. Exercising helps because the process of exercising boosts all the ststems of the body which help us to burn more calories and in creating a more efficent machine we gain lean tissue (muscle) which looks very nice and also burns more calories than the fat we had there before!!
