Bio:

We are delighted to introduce Lincoln Bryden to the site as he is one of our most experienced and skilled Presenters having clocked up many years in the industry.

Lincoln started out being very involved with sports at school and it was here that the seeds of determination to be the best at what he did were well and truly sown.

From sports Lincoln discovered a talent for dancing and a talent for teaching and has worn out many pairs of trainers in the pursuit of  being the best in a very competitive industry. Lincoln has a teaching style and humour which endears him to people from all walks of life, this is the sign of a great teacher and we are very pleased to be able to bring this level of skill to you guys at home.

Lincoln has Presented in over 35 different countries, he has presented to 4000 people in IDEA convention in 1999, he was the street dance fitness expert on the Big Breakfast TV Show on Channel 4, has over 20 choreography videos ranging from hi/lo to street dance and was Runner Up in the Shape Magazine European Presenter of the Year 2003, so as you can see he has been a busy bee.

Currently Lincoln is Director of Chrysalis promotions which organises Europe’s largest Fitness Convention, the International Fitness Showcase and in his spare time he runs his own business, Total Fitness. This specialises in aerobics, personal training, dance choreography and master class presentations.

Lincoln is also hands on at helping the next batch of trainers through the system and has written a dance fitness aerobic program for the Central YMCA, recognised as one of the leading fitness providers in the industry.

What drives Lincoln?
“As an ex sportsman, being the best has always been instilled in me. That was why I was not being content with being one of the best presenters in the UK, I wanted to be one the best presenters in Europe and beyond.”

Why fitness is important to Lincoln?

" So that I can chase my son around the garden when he wants to play tag!"

Lincoln’s fitness tips:

  • Try to do something each day that takes you one step towards your health goals.
