Lucy brings us a home fitness circuits workout, we have marked this as an intermediate class, but Lucy gives enough guidance for it to be good for advanced beginners as well. This type of class is great for working out the heart and lungs but also delivers great MSE (muscle, strength and endurance). Circuits are traditionally easy to follow and suitable for males and females. We hope you enjoy this exercise format and this enthusiastic and bubbly presenter.
Equipment
You will need a step and some hand weights (2kg - 4kg options)., but Lucy provides some examples of alternatives if you don't have access to equipment.
